Quick and hearty beef bowls with a delicious honey Sriracha sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Add the honey, Sriracha sauce, and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and steam the broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- To serve, place a generous scoop of the beef mixture over cooked rice. Top with the steamed vegetables.
- Finish by garnishing with sliced green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This beef mixture can be frozen for up to 3 months.
