Description

Crispy and flavorful garlic parmesan chicken wings made effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the wings and toss again gently.
  5. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, watching for desired crispiness.
  7. Remove wings and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, don’t overcrowd the air fryer. Cook in batches if necessary.
