- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the wings and toss again gently.
- Arrange chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, watching for desired crispiness.
- Remove wings and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, don’t overcrowd the air fryer. Cook in batches if necessary.
