  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as desired.
