- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat until hot.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up, and cook until well browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti, mixing thoroughly to coat with the sauce and meat mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as desired.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
