Description

A comforting baked flounder dish infused with lemon caper butter, perfect for family dinners or intimate meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 3 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flounder fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
