- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 3 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flounder fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, then add capers.
- Pour the lemon caper butter over the seasoned flounder fillets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
