- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 lemons (juice and zest)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and salt and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts into a baking dish and coat them with the marinade.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Notes
Chicken can be substituted with thighs for a richer flavor. Be sure to let the chicken rest before serving for juiciness.
