- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pat the halibut fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the halibut fillets, spreading it evenly.
- Press the Parmesan mixture firmly onto each fillet until well-coated.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the halibut is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm with wedges of lemon for squeezing over the top.
