Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup chilled coffee or cold brew
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, cashew, soy)
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
  • 12 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)
  • Yogurt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Ice (if banana isn’t frozen)

Instructions

  1. Prep your coffee ahead of time and cool in the fridge.
  2. Into the blender, add the frozen banana, chilled coffee, milk, and any optional add-ins.
  3. Blend until silky smooth.
