- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup chilled coffee or cold brew
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, cashew, soy)
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)
- Yogurt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
- Ice (if banana isn’t frozen)
Instructions
- Prep your coffee ahead of time and cool in the fridge.
- Into the blender, add the frozen banana, chilled coffee, milk, and any optional add-ins.
- Blend until silky smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For an extra creamy texture, blend coffee and oats first. Frozen bananas create a milkshake-like consistency without needing ice.
