Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

- Add the diced chicken breast, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until fully melted.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing until well coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
