Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green peas or corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is done and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix until combined and season with salt and pepper.
