- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is done and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix until combined and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the casserole.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
