- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Optional toppings: jalapeños, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing it.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until evenly browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa, mixing everything evenly.
- In the greased baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly, serve with sour cream and green onions on top, and enjoy.
Notes
For optimal results, avoid overcooking to keep the casserole moist. You can customize toppings based on preference.
