Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 drops almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped) or 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 can cherry pie filling (about 21 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt, then press into a 9×13 pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Spread cream mixture over crust.
  5. Spoon cherry pie filling on top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours, overnight is best.
  7. Slice and serve cold.

Notes
