- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Start by cooking the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water for flavor. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, around 7-8 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add chopped bell peppers and onions. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Create the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine Everything: Add cooked fettuccine and sautéed chicken back to the skillet. Toss gently until coated with the sauce.
- Season and Serve: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
