Description

A hearty pasta dish featuring tender chicken breasts seasoned with Cajun spices, served with fettuccine in a rich and creamy sauce.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, then pan-sear in olive oil for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Sauté diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer, then stir in heavy cream and parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
