- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Fold the drained egg noodles into the chicken mixture.
- Pour the combined mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
