Description

A heartwarming homemade casserole combining shredded chicken, egg noodles, and a creamy mixture for a soul-satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Fold the drained egg noodles into the chicken mixture.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
