- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned on all sides (5-7 minutes).
- Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil to meld flavors.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes).
- Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a minute.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
