Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned on all sides (5-7 minutes).
  2. Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables soften.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil to meld flavors.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes).
  5. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a minute.
