Description

This Creamy Garlic Tuscan Shrimp dish is quick, simple, and rich in flavor, perfect for cozy nights or gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted and tomatoes are softened.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently add cooked shrimp back to the skillet and mix to coat in the creamy sauce. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh shrimp. If using frozen, choose ones with minimal ice crystal formation.
