- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until golden brown.
- Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine with cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm.
