Description

A comforting dish of gnocchi combined with earthy mushrooms and vibrant spinach, all enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Combine with cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.
