  • 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 jar of pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hoagie rolls, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef roast by placing it in your crock pot.
  2. Mix the sauce by combining the Italian dressing mix, beef broth, and pepperoncini peppers in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef roast, ensuring the meat is coated.
  4. Add sliced onions and bell peppers on top of the roast.
