Instructions
- Prepare the beef roast by placing it in your crock pot.
- Mix the sauce by combining the Italian dressing mix, beef broth, and pepperoncini peppers in a medium-sized bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef roast, ensuring the meat is coated.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers on top of the roast.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours, then shred the meat and serve on hoagie rolls.
