Description

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
  2. In your slow cooker, pour in the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Carefully add the prepared meatballs into the slow cooker, using a spoon to gently coat each meatball with the sauce.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked through, gently stir the meatballs in the sauce and serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
