- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
- In your slow cooker, pour in the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Carefully add the prepared meatballs into the slow cooker, using a spoon to gently coat each meatball with the sauce.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked through, gently stir the meatballs in the sauce and serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
