A light and creamy no-bake dessert bursting with fresh blueberries, perfect for potlucks or a quick sweet treat.

- 3 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar, to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup optional mix-ins (mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, or toasted coconut)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a large mixing bowl and ensure plenty of fridge space for chilling.
- Blend softened cream cheese with sugar in the bowl until smooth.
- Add vanilla and lemon juice, mixing to combine.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until airy.
- Fold in blueberries, mashing a few for color and flavor if desired.
- Add optional mix-ins and carefully combine.
- Cover the bowl and chill for at least 120 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Serve in bowls or a trifle dish, topped with extra berries.
