Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad made with crisp cucumbers, creamy mozzarella, juicy cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Cut the fresh mozzarella into small cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, cubed mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
