Description

A comforting and flavorful one-pan dish featuring chicken breasts topped with tzatziki sauce, served with rice and chicken broth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the rice and chicken broth in a baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour tzatziki sauce over the chicken to cover it.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over everything.
  7. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Can replace tzatziki with Greek yogurt, use quinoa for a gluten-free option, or substitute chicken broth with vegetarian broth.
