Description

A comforting bowl of pasta tossed with garlic, chicken, and creamy Parmesan cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Brown the diced chicken breasts in the skillet until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and broth, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with vegetables and use vegetable broth.
