- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and half of the cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the cream mixture by whisking together the heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the casserole to set.
