Ingredients

- 2 cups water

Instructions
- Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In the rice cooker, add the rinsed rice, 2 cups of water, a pinch of salt, and your chosen vegetables and protein.
- Close the lid and set the rice cooker to the ‘cook’ setting.
- Once the rice cooker indicates it’s finished, let it sit undisturbed for about 5-10 minutes.
- Gently fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains, serve warm and enjoy.
