Ingredients
- Large pasta shells
- Cooked chicken, shredded
- Alfredo sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it to prevent sticking.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Combine the shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce in the skillet and heat through.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken Alfredo mixture and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the filled shells. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. To enhance flavors, season chicken and Alfredo mixture adequately.
