Description

A comforting dish combining large pasta shells filled with shredded chicken, garlic butter, and Alfredo sauce, topped with cheese for a creamy delight.

Ingredients

  • Large pasta shells
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Garlic, minced
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce in the skillet and heat through.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken Alfredo mixture and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the filled shells. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. To enhance flavors, season chicken and Alfredo mixture adequately.
