Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it begins to bubble gently.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add the seasoned Mahi Mahi fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the fillets gently and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the second side until they flake easily with a fork.
- Finish by squeezing lemon juice over the cooked fish and garnishing with chopped parsley before serving hot.
