- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 large potatoes (for frites)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the frites. Cut the potatoes into thin strips and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and season with salt.
- Season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper. Sear in a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Baste the steak with melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh herbs for an additional minute.
- Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced steak alongside the golden frites and enjoy.
