Description

Tender steak bites sautéed in garlic butter, delivering rich flavors in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with generous amounts of salt and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
  5. Sauté the remaining butter and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat, and cook for an additional minute. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Experiment with different spices or butter alternatives for added flavor.
