Ingredients

- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the steak with generous amounts of salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
- Sauté the remaining butter and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat, and cook for an additional minute. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
