Description

Savor the rich flavors of ribeye steaks combined with crispy French fries, enhanced by garlic and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound frozen French fries
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the package of frozen French fries. Once preheated, spread the fries on a baking sheet and place them in the oven. Cook according to package instructions until golden and crispy, usually around 20 minutes.
  2. Season your ribeye steaks and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the hot oil for about 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
  5. Sear the seasoned ribeye steaks in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, spooning the garlic oil over them.
  6. Let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute before slicing.
  7. Toss the fries with grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl after removing them from the oven.
  8. Serve the rested ribeye steaks on plates alongside the garlic Parmesan fries, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Use grass-fed ribeye for more flavor. Be careful not to overcook the steaks.
