Description

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks to create crumbles. Once the beef is almost done, add the chopped onions and continue to cook until they are softened.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder and paprika, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the skillet along with the beef broth and milk. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the macaroni is cooked al dente.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  6. Taste the dish and season with salt and pepper as necessary. Serve hot.
