Description

Delicious salmon bites marinated in a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, perfect for quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a medium bowl, combine the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade, ensuring each is well coated, and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated salmon evenly on it.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, checking for doneness until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  6. Serve warm as a main dish or appetizer.

Notes

For variations, consider substituting honey with maple syrup or using chili garlic sauce in place of sriracha.
