Description

A delicious blend of warm honey and savory Parmesan cheese makes this chicken dish a comfort food favorite. Juicy chicken breasts are coated in a crispy breadcrumb mixture for a perfect weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs to coat.
