- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs (beaten)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with olive oil.
- Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs to coat.
- Coat the egg-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Sear the chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to the baking dish and drizzle honey over the top.
