- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by warming a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the hot skillet and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
- Drain the excess grease from the skillet.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil; mix well.
- Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve the beef over warm cooked rice, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the beef to avoid a dry texture. You can customize the recipe with additional vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
