Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about one minute.
- Stir in the lemon juice, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish, arranged in a single layer.
- Pour the lemon butter garlic sauce evenly over the fillets.
- Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.
