- Crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish lightly with butter or oil.
- Mix together the rolled oats, milk, Biscoff spread, brown sugar or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Pour the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies over the top generously.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the oats are set.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
