- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in the chopped bacon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a large bowl.
- Add the ground beef mixture and cauliflower florets to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
