Description

A comforting low-carb casserole that captures the flavors of a classic cheeseburger without the bun.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in the chopped bacon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and heavy cream in a large bowl.
  5. Add the ground beef mixture and cauliflower florets to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
