Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade. Make sure to coat each piece thoroughly. Let them sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat Your Cooking Surface: As the chicken marinates, preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat to ensure a good sear.
- Cook the Chicken: Once the grill or skillet is hot, place the marinated chicken on it. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let It Rest and Slice: Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a cutting board. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly to retain its juices.
