Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry sheets
  • Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning in a bowl until creamy.
  3. Prepare the phyllo pastry by brushing a sheet with olive oil, layering another sheet on top, and cutting it into 3-inch squares.
  4. Fill each square with a spoonful of the spinach mixture, being careful not to overfill.
  5. Form the crisps by folding the corners of each square over the filling and pressing gently to seal.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
