- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of phyllo pastry sheets
- Sesame seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning in a bowl until creamy.
- Prepare the phyllo pastry by brushing a sheet with olive oil, layering another sheet on top, and cutting it into 3-inch squares.
- Fill each square with a spoonful of the spinach mixture, being careful not to overfill.
- Form the crisps by folding the corners of each square over the filling and pressing gently to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
