- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease two ramekins with butter and dust them lightly with flour.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Heat in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Add the eggs and egg yolks one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour and pinch of salt until just incorporated.
- Evenly divide the batter between the two ramekins. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto a plate and enjoy warm.
