- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 1 hour until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
