Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Caramelize the onions: In the same pot, add sliced onions and cook until golden brown and fragrant, about 10 minutes. Stir in minced garlic for another minute.
