  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
