- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix in a bowl the finely chopped pistachios, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly.
- Press the pistachio mixture firmly on top of each halibut fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the halibut flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
