Description

A comforting baked fish dish featuring halibut coated with crunchy pistachios, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese. A delightful meal that balances flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix in a bowl the finely chopped pistachios, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay the halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly.
  4. Press the pistachio mixture firmly on top of each halibut fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the halibut flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
