A rich chocolate tart with a crispy kunafa crust and topped with pistachios, perfect for special occasions and family gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup kunafa (shredded phyllo dough)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine melted butter with kunafa and press into a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan and gently heat until warm.
- Add chopped dark chocolate to the warmed cream and stir until melted.
- Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled kunafa crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Slice and serve the tart.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
