Description
A festive layered Jello shot perfect for summer celebrations. These vibrant shots are easy to make and sure to impress at any party.
Ingredients

- 3 oz box blue gelatin dessert mix
- 3 oz box red gelatin dessert mix
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup vodka or white rum
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- Optional: whipped cream, sprinkles, fresh berries
Instructions
- Combine blue gelatin mix with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Mix in 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup vodka.
- Let it cool until lukewarm, then pour into 2 oz cups, filling each about a third of the way.
- Chill until jiggly but not firm, about 25-35 minutes.
- For the white layer, bloom unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water, then mix with 1 cup boiling water. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cool until room temperature.
- Pour the white mixture on top of the blue layer and chill until set, 25-35 minutes.
- For the red layer, mix red gelatin with boiling water, then stir in cold water and vodka. Cool, then pour on top of the white layer.
- Chill the finished cups for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving. Optionally, garnish before serving.
Notes
Use a baking sheet for easy movement to and from the fridge. Make sure all layers are cooled to room temperature before pouring over each other to avoid bleeding colors.
