- 1 cup Roasted red peppers
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste

- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
- Blend the roasted red peppers, garlic, and olive oil in a blender until smooth.
- Prepare the sauce in a skillet over medium heat, adding the blended mixture. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir in the heavy cream.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce until well coated.
- Finish with grated parmesan cheese, stirring to melt, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh basil.
