Description

Ingredients

  • Steak bites (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Polenta
  • Chicken or vegetable broth
  • Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add butter to the skillet with the leftover oil. Once melted, mix in rosemary and garlic and stir until fragrant, about one minute.
  3. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter mixture for another minute.
  4. In a separate pot, bring chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. Whisk in the polenta gradually, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  5. Spoon a portion of the creamy Parmesan polenta onto a plate and top with steak bites, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over the dish.
  6. Serve and enjoy with family or friends.
