Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake with a beautifully caramelized top, perfect for family gatherings or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Sift in the all-purpose flour and salt, then gently fold until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown and just set.
  6. Cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
