- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour and salt, then gently fold until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark brown and just set.
- Cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
