Description

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Pour chicken broth and Italian dressing mix over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  6. Add fresh spinach to the slow cooker in the last 10 minutes; fold until wilted.
  7. Serve the creamy chicken mix over the cooked penne pasta.
